Basic responsibilities of HR Division are as following: management of personal histories; Preparing of individual legal acts of the head of the service in the frames of competency; Discussion and responding on the letters received from citizens; consultations for interested parties on employment and intern working; preparing official document drafts, also providing of individual legislative acts issued by the head of the service. The HR Division is responsible on attestation of the national Service staff. Division controls and supervises on preparing personal histories. According to the Georgian legislation in force division makes notes in work record cards and acknowledges staff about Service Regulations.
