Functions of the Government Purchases and Economically Division are carrying out state procurements according to the Georgian legislation.
Division prepares tender applications and appropriate documents, looks for potential suppliers, carries out negotiations with them, and prepares contracts for state procurements. The Division controls fulfilment of contract requirements on supplied goods and services.
According to the terms defined by Georgian Legislation in force Government Purchases and Economically Division introduces report on performed purchases and changes in purchase plan to the National Agency of Procurements.
