Property Management, Finance and Accounting Division Functions of the Property Management, Finance and Accounting Division are: monetary means allocation planning to fund state programs and the Service, carrying out finance and budget relations of the service and regulation of the Service property relations by the order established by legislation of Georgia; accounting of assignations provided for by state budget of Georgia, control of correctness of financial accounts submitted by region and city departments, drawing up a total balance and accounts to be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia by the order established by legislation of Georgia, planning of the Service central administration, region and city departments financial and economical activities and efficient records keeping provision, accounting organization, budget means and estimates operations and purposeful expenditures carrying out, management of the service financial and budget relations and property relations regulation. |
